This problem is typically caused by poor network conditions somewhere between your location and the VPN server you're connecting to. For the best speeds, we recommend connecting to the closest server to your location and using OpenVPN config with UDP protocol. TCP should only be used for locations that do not support UDP (grey) and in cases where UDP fails to connect.

- Your operating system (Windows XP, Windows Vista, Mac OSX 10.X.X, etc)
